You will receive an automated confirmation email after you place your order.

 if you would like to modify your order please contact us within 12hrs from when you've placed your order so we can be able to apply any requested changes.

We will forward you your tracking information via Whatsapp so you can be able to track your parcel directly via Paxi or Aramex

working days for all courier services excludes weekends and holidays.

4regn is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit all parcels delivered via Paxi are insured up to R500 should your parcel gets lost or damaged on transit you will be compensated up to R500. For an additional R20 fee you're able to cover up to R2000. Please do contact us should you wish to cover your parcel above R500. 

Our standard delivery fee is R60 we also have express delivery of R100 and R110 and we delivery only in South Africa.
