Refund policy

we at 4Regn ensure that our customers are satisfied with their products. In the event that a customer would like to request for a refund or an exchange. here are the terms and conditions that will be applied.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

• Product should be unworn
• Product should be unwashed 
• Reported to us via Whatsapp or Email with 7 days from receiving the parcel
• Product should be returned via paxi (customer would have to cover shipping cost. Free returns accepted at our pick up point)
• Once we've received the product and you should receive your refund within 24-48hrs 
• shipping fee is not covered in refunds
• We will cover the cost of shipping in an event of an exchange 
• Custom products exempt from refunds and exchanges
